Jira is a popular bug-tracker used for software development projects. All that’s missing in Jira is time tracking. That’s where Paydirt comes in.
We’ve just added a new way for you to bill for your work: per user. You can now assign each team member an hourly rate. The work that they log towards jobs that are billed on a per user basis will be billed at their hourly rate by default.
Another new feature! You can now order your jobs however you like, and move them between projects by dragging and dropping them. Like everything in Paydirt, it’s fast, and super simple.
New feature! We just released the ability to upload your clients’ logos to Paydirt to help you identify them.
When a customer leaves Paydirt, the first thing I do is offer a full refund. We advertise that refunds are available “if you’re not happy”, but most customers are pretty surprised when I email them to suggest it.
As of today, you can create invoices even faster in Paydirt using Preset Line Items. If you frequently create invoices for the same things, such as web hosting, a monthly retainer, or service packages, you can now save these to your account and insert them into your invoices in one click.
