See Your Projects in a Whole New Light!

Our goal at Paydirt is to manage and display your work simply, so you can just get on with doing it. To that effect, here are some recent improvements to Paydirt’s Projects and Jobs interface.

Based on your feedback, the focus is on what needs to be invoiced, which is listed for each job and tallied up for the project. If it’s time to invoice, you can knock one out in no time by clicking the invoice icon in the bottom right.

We’ve also added budgeting information. It gives you a status report for fixed-price jobs based on your hourly rate. Now you’ll always know how much time you’ve got left, or if you’re running over budget. Custom budgeting is on the way.

Mark jobs as ‘completed’ when you’re finished working on them and they’ll stay out of the time tracker. Once all the jobs in a project are complete it will slink away into the background. Neato.
